If you have more than two chronic illness (with developed pathology) and/or are on more than two daily pharmaceutical drugs. For example, SSRIs, thyroid medication, hormones including birth control pill, proton pump inhibitors, daily OTC drugs of any kind including allergy meds, Miralax, etc.

45 minutes (First follow up, in person or telehealth)
4 weeks after you begin homeopathic treatment.

Touch base between care appointments for clarification, or to communicate initial response to a new remedy or potency. Not in place of a 45-minute follow-up appointment, which happens about one month from your last (paid) appointment.
