Payment due at time of service. I accept cash, check or credit card. For telehealth appointments, you will receive an email invoice after our appointment, which you can pay with a debit or credit card.
Most FSAs can be used for homeopathic care.


Homeopathic medicine is not included in cost of service.

The cost of a medicine is $10 - $25, (or procure locally if applicable).

I do not sell homeopathic remedies without my services.
 

REFILL WITHOUT A PAID APPOINTMENT - This does not apply most of the time, and is at my discretion. $25 fee added to the cost of the remedy, plus mail fee if applicable.​

Mailing fee of $15
(includes U.S. Postal Service package postage cost) for Ground Advantage (not expedited or Priority). If you require expedited or other shipping or international shipping, additional charges apply.

COMMUNICATION
POLICY

I generally return calls within one business day, and emails within one week.

​

I provide care by appointment only.

 

I do not answer emails, texts or phone calls on weekends or when on holiday.

​

​The best way to ensure you speak to me about a concern within a day or two is to schedule time with me even if you just would like a complementary 10 minute call for clarifying questions, etc.

 

Video, phone appointments available for complementary 10 or 20 minute (introductory) calls. In-person or telehealth appointments are available for all paid services.

 

If I have agreed to consult with you about your care by email or otherwise outside of an appointment, applicable fees will apply to the time I spend in doing so. I do not respond to emails or text messages same day, especially on weekends.

If you have my cell for texting (at my discretion), please do not text me in lieu of an appointment, only for clarifying questions or feedback during acute care treatment (following an appointment).

CANCELLATION
POLICY

48 HOURS

I ask that you pay 50% of my fee if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours.

Exceptions for the first time you cancel, due to child care emergencies, and if you are suddenly too ill to have a consultation.
